(OTCBB:DDYI) announces that the closing of the Plan of Exchange entered into on August 29, 2005 with Shanxi Kai Da Lv You Gu Wen Xian Gong Si, a corporation or-ganized and existing under the laws of the People's Republic of China ("Kai Da"), will be delayed from September 28th, until the 3rd of October, 2005 to al-low for various accounting records to be completed.
