Seattle-based Internet and email monitoring software developer WebSpy Ltd (ASX: WSY) and Perth (Western Australia)-based Internet filtering solutions developer Virtual Web Ltd have entered into an OEM agreement to provide an enhanced web reporting and filtering solution.
