Released by the Abe Lincoln Black Republican Caucus - Renol Ratchford, Community/Media Liaison. Don Sneed, the Black "Gay" Republican Activist and Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS - PACHA member Bush Appointee 2002 - 2004 , reveals, on a special pilot edition of the ALBRC (Abe Lincoln Black Republican Caucus) Community Informer cable television show, that he was once a Black Terrorist who, at one time, was sought worldwide by the CIA, FBI, Interpol, Military Intelligence and other agencies.
In pre-production interviews with Anthony Falls, the ALBRC Community Informer Host, Mr. Sneed acknowledges that he is also Gary Ray Stone. On September 8, 1976, at Langley Field in Virginia, then the headquarters of the Strategic Air Command, Gary Stone/Sneed attempted to hijack a U.S. Air Force Jet and demanded to be flown to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Stone/Sneed, at gunpoint, took two Air Force officers hostage, demanded a million dollars in gold bullion and claimed he had 12 time bombs planted throughout the Tidewater, Virginia area.
During the course of the interview Sneed further reveals that, when the hijacking attempt took place, he was in the U.S. Navy, for the second time, as Gary Ray Stone and was attached to the Air Command Section of the Pre-Commissioning Unit of the Nuclear Aircraft Carrier CVN-69 - USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. According to Sneed, he had previously been in the Navy and received an Honorable Discharge under General Conditions; Reasons Not To Be Disclosed in November of 1972. On the show Sneed states that during his first term of Naval Service he was assigned to the secret Naval Weapons Testing Center Base at China Lake, California. Sneed/Stone's capture in Ottawa, Canada, by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, in January of 1977, having escaped U.S. Military custody, was front-page news in Canada. Sneed says on the ALBRC Community Informer that he had fled to Ottawa to renounce his American citizenship and seek political asylum in Africa.
